Smile Asia is a global alliance of charities helping children with cleft and other facial conditions access safe, high-quality treatment. Through medical missions, care centres and collaborative training, we provide free surgery, strengthen surgical care and bring treatment closer to communities in Asia.

Across the alliance, member charities have collectively conducted 152,341 comprehensive medical evaluations and delivered 99,072 life-changing surgeries. During 2025 alone, 4,793 surgeries were delivered.*
