As part of the Smile Asia alliance, The Smile Mission Ltd has contributed to 14,045 surgeries till financial year ended 30 June 2021. The alliance has treated a total of 78,080 children with the support of over 2,000 volunteers.
For the safety of our patients and volunteers amidst the pandemic, we adjusted our delivery model and focused on a smaller number of surgeries only in Cambodia, China and India. All surgeries were performed by Smile Asia experienced local medical volunteers as international travel wasn’t possible.
