For the 4th year in a row, Fitness4Smiles is back!

We are organising the cycling challenge on Sunday, 1 June 2025 at True Fitness Millenia Walk to raise funds for surgical care for children with facial deformities.

HOW IT WORKS: 

  • No registration fee
  • Form a team of 3 and cycle in a relay format
  • Cover as many kilometres as possible in one hour
  • Encourage your friends and family to support you by making a pledge for every kilometre your team cycles
  • Pledges can range from $1, $3, $5, $10 per KM

Waiver & Release Agreement
FITNESS4SMILES WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

1. EVENT PARTICIPATION AND CAPACITY

For the purposes of this Agreement, the ‘Participant’ refers to any individual who registers for and takes part in the Fitness4Smiles event (the ‘Event’).

Participation in the event is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Smile Mission Ltd (‘Smile Asia’) and True Yoga Pte Ltd; True Fitness Pte Ltd; True Fitness (STC) Pte Ltd; their parent company; and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates and companies (collectively ‘True Group’), who are the organisers (the ‘Organisers’) of The Event, reserve the right to reject registrations in the event of overwhelming response.

2. PHYSICAL CONDITION AND RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Participant acknowledges that the Event involves physical activity that may be strenuous and carries inherent risks of injury or abnormal bodily changes.

The Participant affirms they are sufficiently fit and able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including the use of True Group’s equipment and facilities.

The Organisers are not obligated to assess the Participant’s physical condition prior to or during participation.

3. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

In consideration of being permitted to participate, the Participant, for themselves and on behalf of their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, releases and forever discharges the Organisers from any claims, demands, damages, expenses, actions, and causes of action related to injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers against any and all liabilities arising from their participation.

4. MEDIA RELEASE

By participating, the Participant grants the Organisers the irrevocable right to use all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records taken during the Event for legitimate purposes, including marketing and promotional content, without charge.

Such media may be used on the Organisers’ printed collaterals, websites, social media platforms, or other publicity platforms.

5. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE

The Participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Organisers for purposes including registration processing, event management, marketing of future events, donation solicitation, and publicity.

The Organisers may contact the Participant via voice calls, SMS, email, direct mail, or fax regarding matters related to the Event.

Should the Participant wish to opt out of marketing-related communications, a written request may be sent to info@smileasia.org.

The Organisers will take reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity of the Participant’s personal data.

6. EVENT MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

The Organisers reserve the right to delay or cancel the Event at their sole discretion without further obligations.

Changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Organisers, including but not limited to acts of God, industrial actions, floods, health epidemics, or other force majeure events.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for and participating in the Event, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Waiver and Release Agreement.

Smile Asia is a global alliance of charities that provides free surgical treatment for children with facial deformities. The Smile Mission Ltd, a Singapore-registered charity, serves as the alliance’s International Secretariat. Funds raised through this event will support the deployment of medical volunteers on overseas surgical missions, including associated operational and logistical expenses.
