Bollywood Singer-Songwriter

Angaraag Mahanta, known by his stagename Papon, is a Bollywood singer-songwriter. His music covers genres like ambient electronic, acoustic folk and new age Indian classical music and has been identified as having traces of pentatonic Mongoloid notes, local river song influences, Indian classical music and ghazals and even new-age electronica. He is also instrumental in bringing back folk music to the young generation of today and making it it popular again.

Priyanka Yoshikawa

Miss World Japan 2016

Priyanka Yoshikawa was crowned Miss World Japan 2016. Born from a Japanese mom and Indian dad, she was the first "hafu” (Half-Japanese) to be crowned Miss World Japan. Having lived in India, Japan and the United States throughout her childhood, she seeks to inspire diversity in others and has presented in our Smile Asia Student Leadership Conferences and TEDx Talks. Currently, she is an entrepreneur and the founder of MUKOOMI.

Choo Ling Er


Choo Ling Er is a Singaporean Triathlete. She is a founding member of a cycling enthusiast group in Singapore, Smile Asia Cycle. Ling Er has been representing Smile Asia in her competitions and has advocated various fundraising events for Smile Asia.

Khing Go

Managing Partner of Marc Faber Group

Khing Go is a private banker by profession and a founding board member of The Smile Mission. His immense passion for children is the main driving factor of championing our cause. As a cyclist himself, he is one of the founding members that kickstarted Smile Asia Cycle together with Brand Ambasssador, Choo Ling Er. He is currently the Managing Partner of Marc Faber Group

Ben Vella

Head of Enterprise Customer Hub, Telstra Asia

Ben Vella is the Head of Enterprise Customer Hub, Telstra Asia and a board member of AustCham. He has a son that was born with cleft but they were privileged to have access to some of the best care and surgeons in the world. Now, he wishes to bring smiles to less priviledged children by joining the cause with Smile Asia and raising funds by competing in the world's toughest triathlon - Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
