REFUND POLICY

Customers of The Smile Mission Ltd (“TSM”) may request a refund within seven (7) days of completing a transaction.

1. Delivery of Goods & Returns

Please note: Delivery and return policies do not apply to donations.

For e-commerce transactions, return requests must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers) are not eligible for return or refund.

In certain fundraising campaigns where goods are involved, specific return or refund terms may apply. These will be communicated clearly during the respective transactions.

2. Delivery Delays

TSM uses third-party vendors for e-commerce delivery. Delays may occur, especially for perishable goods. In such cases, TSM’s liability is limited to the value of the affected product.
