REFUND POLICY

Donors and/or customers (of products and services) of The Smile Mission Ltd (TSM) can request for a refund within seven (7) days of making a transaction.

DELIVERY OF GOODS & RETURNS

For donations, delivery policies and returns are not applicable.

For e-commerce transactions the items must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Perishable goods are exempt from being returned.

Specific fundraising projects where goods are transacted or delivered may have some additional policy adjustments, which will be highlighted separately during those transactions.

DELAY IN DELIVERTY

For e-commerce transactions, there could be some delay in delivery. TSM relies on thrid party vendors to make the delivery. For perishable goods, TSM’s liability for such delays will be equivalent to the price of the product sold.
