REFUND POLICY
Customers (of products and services) of The Smile Mission Ltd (TSM) can request a refund within seven (7) days of making a transaction.
DELIVERY OF GOODS & RETURNS
Delivery policies and returns are not applicable for donations.
For e-commerce transactions, the items must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional policy adjustments may be required for specific fundraising projects where goods are transacted or delivered, which will be highlighted separately during those transactions.
DELAY IN DELIVERY
Delivery delays can occur in e-commerce transactions. TSM relies on third-party vendors to make the delivery. For perishable goods, TSM’s liability for such delays will be equivalent to the product’s price.
