Donors and/or customers (of products and services) of The Smile Mission Ltd can request for a refund within seven (7) days of making a transaction.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
For donations, delivery policies are not applicable.
For e-commerce transactions relating to specific fundraising projects where goods are transacted or delivered, there may be some additional policy adjustments, which will be highlighted separately during those transactions.
Transactions are made through either Stripe, PayPal or HitPay websites and they are SSL secured.
